Ganesh Himal Trek is accessible from Kathmandu, Chapdanda (1,220m) and appears for Holy Mountain in Nepal. It is situated at North- West from Kathmandu valley. Ganesh Himal can be seen from the Kathmandu Valley which stands between massifs Manaslu Himalayan.

Ganesh I, Ganesh II, Ganesh III and Ganesh IV are mountain forming skyline of Ganesh Himal Range. Ganesh Himal Base Camp trekking route is famous for its exotic panoramic view of flora especially during spring season. The striking presentation of barberries, Premolars, orchids and a variety of ferns gives us magnificent view. Ganesh Himal Base Camp is Kalo Seto Kunda (Black and White Lake) i.e. made by the two lakes and their surface of the kalo kunda is covered by black stones whereas the Seto kunda is covered by white shinning stone. The Trekking trail takes us all the way along the emerald hills, an amazing Tamang village, Terraces filled with golden rice and mustard, natural hot water stream, deep Gorges, glaciers, with forests of blue pine, Spanish oak, and blossoming Rhododendron forest adds the beauty to the trail. Ganesh Himal Trek starts from Betrawati (800m), we drive from Kathmandu by bus observing spectacular scenery of the pristine rhododendron forest, most beautiful hills, and rice terraces on the either side of the path via Trishuli bazaar to reach Betrawati. Then we moves along some of the interesting places like Singala pass, Pangsang Bhanjyang, Jaisal Kunda, Jyamrung. This trekking trail takes us through alluring villages towards Bhalche (2,020m). We continue to our trail heading along most beautiful and emerald hills to Kharka then ascends up to the hill toward Rupchet(3,720m. which is mostly inhabited by the Tamangs. Then throughout the pristine forest,
lake passing the Singla Bhanjyang(4,750m) to arrive at Phedi(3,545m) here we make our camp. Then trail moves along Pansang Bhanjyang(4,000m)and we take rest day for the exploring the lakes and observe the picturesque view of an impressive Ganesh Himala Mountain Range. After exploring the vicinity of lake we trek back to the historical city Gorkha and return back to Kathmandu by bus
