Arun trek 25 Days

Arun valley Trekking provides really superb views of both Mt Everest and Makalu. It is located between the Sagarmatha and Makalu-Barun National Parks. Trekking in this valley provides an alternative approach to the Khumbu region. We recommend this approach to those people who have already been in the Everest region and want to revisit Everest Base Camp (Kala Pattar) via a less traveled route.
It is really a non touristic area but we can see significant views of Mt.Everest, Makalu, and hundreds of other mountains just on your eye. Sherpa, Rai and Limbus are the main inhabitants of this region. Walking north up the Arun river to Sedua and Num, then crossing Barun La (4110m.)Into the upper Barun khola valley for a close look at Makalu. You can put together an even wilder trek by crossing Sherpani col and west col into the upper Hongu valley.

Day 04	Tumlingtar to Chyawabesi
Day 05	Chyawabesi to Kothe
Day 06	Kothe to Salpa Phedi (1680m).
Day 07	Salpa Phedi to Sanam via Guranse (2880m).
Day 08	Sanam via Guranse to Bung. (1900m)
Day 09	Bung to Gai kharka (2300m).
Day 10	Gai kharka to Pinyan (2830m).
Day 11	Pinyan to Phakding (2830m).
Day 12	Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3444m)
Day 13	Namche Bazaar Rest and Acclimatization
Day 14	Namche Bazaar to Tengboche Monastery (3875m)
Day 15	Tengboche Monastery to Pheriche (4240 m)
Day 16	Pheriche rest and Acclimatization
Day 17	Pheriche to Lobuje (4930m)
Day 18	Lobuje to Kala Pattar (5540m) Lobuje (4930m)
Day 19	Lobuje to Tengboche Monastery (3875m)
Day 20	Tengboche Monastery to Khumjung (3779m)
Day 21	Khumjung to Monjo (2800m)
Day 22	Monjo to Lukla (2800m)
Day 23	Lukla to Kathmandu by flight
Day 24	Free day in Kathmandu
Day 25	Transfer to airport 3 hours before your plane leaving.
